The requirements are based on the location of the business it will be displayed, the traffic the business receives, popularity, demographic of consumers and the terms of consignment. Shipping:
Most framed, canvas, and mounted orders will ship within 3-4 business days from payment confirmation. UPS ground shipping is used unless arranged otherwise. Items shipped will be insured for the cost of the item with tracking information,
if items arrive damaged, we offer a convenient Photo Return option. Simply take a digital photo of the item and one of the shipping container it arrived in, attach them to an email and send to info@photosbydaveed.com Please include in the body of the email: your order number, the shipping ID or item number, a brief description of the reason for the return, and let us know whether you are seeking a replacement or a refund. Your request will be processed within 48 hours and you will receive an email letting you know your replacement is under production or your refund is being processed.

Delivery
Delivery is deemed to have taken place when the goods purchased have arrived at your nominated delivery address or collection point. At this time risks of loss, breakages and all damages then pass to you.

DISCLAIMER

We are not liable for any financial damage (including but not limited to the cost of any replacement purchase) that may occur because of non-timely arrival or any lack of availability or conformity of the product. No refunds on any art work sold on photosbyDaveed.com you will have 10 days after receiving art work to report discrepancies for replacements or refunds on damaged items only.

The offers by PhotosbyDaveed.com, your orders, and the agreements between us for the delivery of our services and products are subject to the laws of the State of Arizona and/or Nevada. The state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona will have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute between us in relation to our products or services.
